Sessions are available as group sessions, workshops, or retreats. Individual sessions are also available. Connect with us to determine which type of session is best for you. We will guide and support you through the process.

If you have any concerns, discuss them with your doctor or facilitator before beginning your breathwork journey. We have included a disclaimer and waiver for you to review with your doctor and sign before we begin this transformative journey. 

We are certified coaches through TheFlowCode/Nirvana program and as a community, will make sure you’re aware of what you may experience during each of your sessions.
